Ignite the inheritance for art

ARTbridge is expected to serve as a bridge between the original collector and the future custodian / institution so that this art can be persistently inherited without being limited by time and space.

​

ARTbridge is jointly managed by Yushan Cultural Creatives and MeetArtSpace. The artwork collections of ARTbridge will be display in the collection room set up in Meet Art Space and is welcome to all art enthusiasts to visit.

The law of 3Ds

​

In the history of art inheritance, each holder is only the temporary custodian of the artwork alone. It will always trigger the changing of hands when the law of 3Ds("Death," "Divorce," "Debt,”) occurs.

 

The art fund ARTbridge is found together by Yushan Cultural Creatives and MeetArtSpace along with several business friends keen for arts. In order to let these artworks perfectly inherit and to commemorate a common good friend David. When the situation of 3Ds ("Death," "Divorce," "Debt,”) happens, ARTbridge will be the first to act and initial the fund to participate in the valuation and collection of artworks. In addition of assisting the original holder to weather the storm and to provide better protection for the artworks in the hope of finding the next custodian.

點燃藝術傳承薪火

​

「薪」代表了傳承的意涵，加上「藝」字後，即為基金將藝術品傳承過渡，加以發揚光大的成立宗旨。而英文名稱「ARTbridge」，即是期望本基金能成為原收藏者與未來保管人∕機構間的一道橋樑，讓這份藝術購藏的心意，能不受時間與空間的限制，持續地傳承下去。

「薪藝」的運作上，由台灣玉山文創與藝聚共同負責管理，在專業上相互分工各擅勝場。並於藝聚空間設立基金典藏室，長期展出基金的收藏作品，歡迎各界藝術愛好者蒞臨指教。

 

 

3D定律

 

 

在藝術品漫漫的傳承歷史、每個持有者都僅是該物品的保管人的歲月中，總難以避開市場的3D定律，當「Death(死亡)」、「Divorce(離婚)、「Debt(債務)」發生時，總是會引發藝術品的換手效應。

 

為讓這些發生3D情況的藝術品能有良好的傳承，以及紀念一位共同的好友David，台灣玉山文創攜手藝聚與幾位企業界熱衷於藝術的朋友們，共同發行以「薪藝 ARTbridge」為名的藝術基金，當無常的3D發生時，「薪藝」便將於第一時間啟動基金，參與藝術品的估價與收藏。除了協助原持有人度過難關，同時能對藝術品作出進一步的完整保護，以期安全順利地找到下一個保管人∕機構。
